For a few nights, weeks or months, you choose.

For long periods, you can rent an indefinite period with one month’s notice.

Once you have completed and sent your message via our contact form, we will send you a proposal by return email. If this proposal meets your request, please confirm as soon as possible.

A booking confirmation will be sent by email and included the contents of your booking conditions, address of the residence, access codes to retrieve the card from your apartment outside our opening hours.

Our invoices are payable in advance.

To confirm and guarantee your reservation, a deposit is claimed you within 3 days.

The balance will be paid before occupying our account or receipt of the invoice and / or at the latest upon arrival.

Debit Card, Credit Card, Cash, Bank transfer.

Bank transfers must be approved before your arrival. Note the transfer times.

If your reservation is guaranteed by a company, give us a letter of guarantee to cover potential damages.

If your reservation is not guaranteed by a company, a deposit will be required prior to occupancy to ensure any damage to the apartment during the rental period.

You will find below, the amount of fees charged in case of cancellation.
You can cancel a reservation by email at info@apparthotels.com or fax +32 (0) 2 732 54 33

  1. more than 15 days before arrival: 15,00 Euros fees
  2. less than 15 days: 15% of the total booking amount or the agreed monthly fee
  3. the day of arrival: 30% of the total booking amount or the agreed monthly fee
  4. During the stay in case of early departure:
    Notice period a month long stay durations
    A refund will only be possible from the date of relocation of the apartment
    + administrative fee of 15.00 €

Yes, we offer a self check-in. Upon receipt of full payment, we give you the procedure via our secure cabinet, accessible 24h / 24h.

It is strictly prohibited to store bikes in our apartments.

A local and bike track are available free of charge in our underground parking.

All residences are equipped with a laundry room with a washer and a dryer.

This service is not free.

Please note that the laundry is not provided.

Ironing boards are available for free at the laundry and put back after use.

Irons are available at reception.

For hygiene and allergy reasons, pets are not allowed.

Once a week, with change of sheets, towels and garbage bag (local garbage to -1 if necessary).

Yes, however, upon check out, if we find that the apartment requires special cleaning due to improper use of the premises, it will be increased to support the occupant or the company guarantees the lease.

Our fitness area is located on Avenue Georges Henri 390, level -1. It is open daily from 6:30 am to 22h and only occupants of all our homes. The map of the apartment gives you access to Georges Henri residence.

A WiFi access is provided in each apartment and also a cable connection in some residences.

Safes are available in all apartments free of charge.

A deposit of 30,00EUR you are prompted for the key.

Some units are equipped with hairdryer.

Hair dryers are available on request and subject to availability.

Yes, a technician is available on certain days for small daily interventions.

In case of failure of heating, hot water, elevator, internet, we depend on external services and their response time.

The owners have insured the building for fire and associated risks, electricity and water damage, on behalf of the tenant, whereby the tenant’s responsibility to the landlord and to third parties are covered. Personal property tenants, however, are not covered by insurance. To ensure personal property, we advise the tenant to take a separate insurance.
